obvious gayness between Pete "Maverick"
Mitchell (Tom Cruise) and Tom "Iceman" Kazanski
(Val Kilmer) in this film.
But this slash video by GardenAnt,
a fangirl from Sweden is all about the subtleties
of gayness in Top Gun. The looks between Tom and Val
in this movie edited in this way is something every
gay man recognizes as real to life. I also like how
the lyrics "smile" and "eyes"
work Tom and Val are talking so closely in the bar
making it believably flirty.

love the Darren
Hayes soundtrack. He has a beautiful emotive voice.
This
video is good right to the symbolic last shot of two
fighter jets flying off into the sunset.
