A montage of the films short listed competing for
the 2010 Iris Prize. Cardiff's International Lesbian
and Gay Short Film Prize. The winner will receive
the largest prize for a gay and lesbian short film
in the world - a package valued at £25,000 allowing
the winner to make their next short film.
The
Prize is open to film makers from around the world
and is judged by a panel of international filmmakers
and artists. This years jury includes Adrian Armeas
( Violet Tendencies, The Curious case of Benjamin
Button, MTV's Undressed, and Scrubs) and Nicholas
Downs (Is It Just Me?) and Eldar Rapaport (Winner
of last years Iris Prize for his film "Steam")
and many more.
The
Iris Prize 2010 takes place in Cardiff, Wales October
6-9 2010
